(Click here for more photos of the Event) What a perfect day for Springfest 2009 in downtown Strathmore on May 30th. This year there were twice as many exhibitors, vendors and attractions as the previous year with a steady flow of visitors throughout the day. Springfest guests enjoyed live music on the Encana Stage, were able to sample unique foods and snacks, snap up great deals on beautiful flowers and plants from local green houses and talk to many other local businesses. For the kids there were balloons, amazing face painting and a large inflateable obstacle course (bouncy tent) all at no charge. |
